Connie Vaughn

Buying or selling a home is one of the most important financial decisions most people will ever make. Having a knowledgeable and experienced professional guiding you through the process can make all the difference.

Since beginning my real estate career in 1998, I have been committed to helping buyers and sellers navigate the market with confidence. Over the years, I have built my career on professionalism, strong negotiation skills, and a genuine commitment to serving my clients’ best interests.

I hold my Broker’s license along with the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) and Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designations. These achievements reflect my dedication to continuing education and providing the highest level of service to the clients I represent.

Today, I serve as the Assistant Team Leader and Managing Broker for the Pleasant View Business Center while also actively listing and selling residential real estate. My background in insurance and human resource management strengthened the communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills I bring to every transaction.

Whether you are buying your first home, selling a property, or making an investment, my goal is to provide trusted guidance, clear communication, and strong representation every step of the way.
